My humble journey began at home baking for my children´s birthdays. It may not have looked the best but I loved seeing the state of shock when it tasted better than it looked (LOL)! Over time, the looks improved and I was baking for every holiday, family, and church event.

A close family friend suggested I sell my items online. Inspired by her confidence in me, I took a leap of faith and enrolled in culinary school where I graduated from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.

Hence, Something In the Middle. once a hobby, became a  creative passion that later birthed into a vision in motion. We specialize in uniquely flavored cupcakes, most of which have a little ¨something¨ in the middle.  We also happily serve the community with cookies, cakes and more.

Our goal is to make sure each guest feels the love of family by going above and beyond to make each ¨middle¨ moment memorable.
